For AI generation we transfer personal data to the following overseas provider:

• ・Data provided: uploaded baby photos
• ・Purpose: AI cosplay processing via Google Gemini API
• ・Google applies appropriate security and privacy safeguards

According to Google’s published terms for the Gemini API, prompts and images sent via the paid API are not used to train Google’s models. Please refer to Google’s privacy and data protection documentation for details.

6. Retention Period

We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the stated purposes:

• ・When you delete your account: all personal data is erased within 30 days
• ・Unpublished photos: deleted or encrypted immediately after generation is completed
• ・Published posts: retained until you delete them

We use cookies and analytics tools to understand usage trends and improve the service, which may collect device identifiers, approximate location, and in-app events.

We do not use this information to identify you personally and rely on it solely for service improvement and security purposes.
